Asian American Civic Association

Art Placements: 2009, 2010

Asian American Civic Association
The Asian American Civic Association (AACA) was originally established to meet the social and cultural needs of first and second generation Chinese immigrants, but has now evolved into Boston’s premier workforce development, adult basic education, and comprehensive social service center to help economically disadvantaged and limited English speaking immigrants achieve enduring economic self sufficiency. In 2007, AACA moved into a new building, the first building owned by the agency in its 41 year history. Donated art will hang in the entryway, waiting areas, conference room, classrooms, and hallways to add color, texture, style, dimension, and dialogue to their space.
