MHPI Inc. Mildred Zanditon Community Apartments

MHPI Inc.’s Mildred Zanditon Community Apartments in Brighton is an 18-unit residential facility home to formerly homeless adults who are able to manage their daily activities with minimal staff assistance. Tenants are offered daily programming, and are able to move freely in the community. This project is housed in a large, historic school building which outlasted its original function and MHPI effectively adapted the building for reuse as affordable housing in 1995. Donated artwork will add a touch of serenity and balance to the overall ambiance of the building, therefore greatly enhancing and improving the mental mindset of those who call the building home.
