Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center (HSNHC) is a critical source for primary health, oral health, behavioral health, ancillary health, and community health services to a target population that is medically underserved with a myriad of health challenges and many disparities.  They are open Monday-Saturday and offer comprehensive services to the Dorchester community and beyond. Offerings include pediatrics, family and internal medicine, adolescent clinic, women’s center with obstetrics and gynecological services, men’s center, a behavioral health department, dental clinic, as well as a wide range of support services from WIC to an on-site pharmacy, a food pantry, chronic illness care, STD testing and counseling, and assistance with transitional housing.

HSNHC’s patients experience the positive effects of art while seeking care to improve their health status. Artwork now brings color and comfort to the facility in the main entrance, along hallways, and in the waiting areas of the pediatric, dental, and family health departments.
