Bay Cove Human Services- Gordon Ave

Bay Cove's mission is to improve the quality of the lives of individuals and their families who face the challenge of developmental disabilities, aging, mental illness and drug and alcohol addiction. They have 160 centers throughout the Commonwealth. This art donation is for Bay Cove’s Gordon Avenue Program, a small, long-term group home that provides a safe, caring residence with 24 hour staff support. At Gordon Avenue residential services include ADL (Activities of Daily Living) skills, case management, medication administration, symptom management, behavior planning and social/recreational skill building.

Artwork hangs in the house’s dining room, administrative office, main hallways, and community gathering spaces, making the residential program feel more like a home, and helping to exude a positive, therapeutic feeling. Learn more about Bay Cove and Safety net at http://www.baycove.org/bcexternal/
