Alliance House

Art Placement: 2011

Alliance House
The Northeastern Family Institute’s (NFI) Alliance House is a residential program for male youth between the ages of 13 and 18. Alliance House is located in Stoneham and provides living space and an in-house school for residents for 3-8 months who have been referred by the Department of Youth Services. The program provides counseling, life skills coaching, and pre-vocational skills training. Residents are given the opportunity to participate in community service activities.

Staff working at Alliance House support residents to build a respectful, responsible community of people who value themselves and others. Donated art will hang in the entry, living room, dining room, classroom, clinicians’ office, and in the main hallway. Your work will help to create a feeling of home for the residents and will be a welcome sight for visiting families as well as for the staff, clinicians, and teachers who spend time at Alliance House.
